There's one quotable quote that alona exclaimed yesterday "bkit kaya pag may nakita kang baby, nde mu mapigil mapangiti?". I agree with her. Babies are adorable. With their peaceful aura and very cute faces, i just find myself smiling when i saw one. Ohhh soo cute of them, especially if its yours.

At the end of the day, all i want to do is to stare at my baby's face till i close my eyes into sleep. Then i find peace....

There's a Baby In the Office

Yesterday morning, i dragged my baby here in our office. Im just so worried bout him because of soo much heat we experience for the past few days. Since its sunday, no worries about workload, no other person in the office but us (support teams), and its ok to bring anyone in. So here i am with my lil boy at work.

It was so bad of me bringing my baby at work as early as 5am in the morning. But looking at my baby in our way to my office, i was soo glad coz he's soo quiet, awake all through out and just waiting for the next thing to happen. Guess he was thinking where we are going and cant find his dad with us. Dont worry baby, its "our time" together.

You know what, he just slept the whole morning. Same thing goes when he woke up around 11AM, as if he's in our room when he opened his eyes. He gave his best smile when i greeted him "good morning, kurdt".. hehe soo cute of him.

I gave his usual meal during breakfast, change his diapy and ofcourse his vitamins.

After a few minutes, he asked for another set of sleep. I just make sure to make him com'ftable during his stay here (office). Looking at my baby sleeping peacefully, there's a silent wish hoping that i could have my baby beside me during office hours.

Why Do They Love Shrek??

Yesterday, I was with Tuni, Rema and B1. They would like to watch Shrek 3 in Greenbelt. Since i still dont want to go home early, i accompanied Tuni in G4 for dinner but have no plan in joining them watching this movie. I dont know, i just dont feel like watching it. I dont like shrek, i dont know why. And still dont know and dont understand why they do love Shrek.

Is that because of this greeny face???? Or I just missed the 2 previously showed Shrek???

Nahhh, I just dont like him.. Sorry for those peeps who really love him hehehe

Ok, just for the record, il try to get a copy of Shrek (1-3). Actually, il ask my husband to get a copy for me hehe. Maybe, i will understand why so many peeps love him. MAYBE i could.... ill try...

Things To Do... If you Have Nothing To Do

Been thinking of what do i need to do for the day. After the crisis call this morning for one of our client, i need to do something to catch up and not to mess up my weekend.


Play FoosBall

We have this foosball table here in the office. I played with Tuni, though we are not that good on this, we enjoyed it! Pareho kmeng mukhang tanga! hehe

Can't Hardly Sleep

For the past 3 or 4 days now, Kurdt is having a hard time falling as sleep at bedtime. That makes me awake too until late night. The problem is, im not supposed to, coz i or we (my husband) need to wake up early for work. I dont know why suddenly, he dont feel like it sleeping early at night. Before, once i put him in our bed, we will just count in 15-30 mins and presto! he's sleeping soundly.

But now, since he knows how to roll both sideways and sometimes trying his crawling skills, he can't hardly sleep or i could say he dont want to sleep (agad). What do i do is tried playing with him then once his tired, he will just suddenly look for his position to sleep. And that is after 1 or 2 hours rolling and playing in bed.

Also, he was irritable and uncomfortable. He always do suck his finger (parang nangigigil pa) and sometimes get mine and put it in his mouth until he fall as sleep. We've seen some symptoms of teething but we are not sure yet. He just want something hard in his mouth. It adds to his discomfort at night.

Maybe, that makes sense. Though its not healthy for me to sleep late night till midnight, but its my baby's calling. I just need to adapt to his sleeping habit and be with him til he fall as sleep.

But last night, i really can't attend to him or play with him. We came home around 11pm after celebrating mother's day. And im so tired thinking that i need to wake up early for work. Yeah, got a work today, election day, and it supposed to be a holiday to all. Nwei, i just asked my husband to put him into sleep just for the night.

Yesterday is a very tiring day but its great. Btw, our little boy gave me flowers! hehe (i know its in behalf of my husband).

Its My Day Too..

Just thinking it out loud, im also a mom now! This is my first time, first year to celebrate this day as a mom and be greeted "happy mothers day". Having a wonderful baby as Kurdt makes me soo soo proud. Hope he is to me too hehehe

We do have plans for today to celebrate. Im planning to visit my mom after my shift then follow my husband and Kurdt somewhere, maybe to a dinner with my mom in law! btw, happy mothers day mama (my husbands mum).

We already have a pre-celeb yesterday when they (nicko and kurdt) drop by here in our office after my shift. Honestly, im a bit surprised coz im not expecting them to come over. Specially just the two of them. My husband dont bring our kid to anywhere ALONE. Yesterday is just the first time. I cant hardly think how he brought our son with a baby bag in his shoulder. Hehe soo cute of them!

Since its a mothers day, my husband ask me what do i want for today??? Yehey! have a chance to buy what i want... It ended me buying some lil stuff for our son (waaahh i thought its my stuff that i'd buy??), well maybe im a real mom now. We want something new and best for our kid. We bought a pair of sandal for kurdt and a a cute swim wear (why??), we are scheduled to fly to the island of bora by mid July (why again??) .. coz we have something to celebrate (whaat??).. i dunno hehehe

I just chose what resto we will be having our snack. We ended up in an italian resto though i know Nicko dont like much pasta.. Minsan lang nmn eh Good thing, Kurdt just slept in his dads arms during our meal. Coz i know if not, he will grab every food that we have in our table. Remember, he loves to eat. He want every food that we have in our hands. In time baby, you will have what you want, eat what you like. But for now, just wait ok? hehehe love you.

In our way home, he's already in a play mode. We let him sat beside us, in the middle. Oh my baby, you have grown soo fast. Just take it easy. Enjoy every single minute of your life as we do.

I dunno why, im supposed to write about me as mom in this blog. Why im back writing about my boy? i think thats a mom all about. Its the child they have. They complete your role as a mother.

Kurdt's First Visit in Our Work Place

Last wednesday, we are not able to bring our lil kid to his grandpa as part of our routine during my restdays. Got that chance to bring him in our office since he'd been expected by his Ninongs and Ninangs who happened to be my friends at work. My husband and i agreed that we will drop by in his office, just a few buildings away from ours, after his office hours which is 3PM. I was accompanied by my mother in law since Brent, Kurdt's cousin, would also like to be in our office (RCBC) eversince. He knew and do recognize our building or RCBC everytime they passed by, mostly when they come to visit Glorietta.


Brent loved our office and i was told that he would like to work there someday.. hehehe he danced, jumped and shout. He already caught other team's attention. Anyway, kids are kids.. so you know what's expected..Kurdt is a total difference of his Kuya. He's so quiet and just staring to anyone whose trying to play with him. I dunno why, maybe its one damn new to him and still trying to cope for the new place and faces for the day. Btw, Kurdt was able to meet his Ninong Tuni, Ninang Ferlyn and Vince as well. My bad, wasn't able to get some pics of him in our office.


About 3pm, we brought him in my husband's office. There's Nikki to attend to us since there's no ones around, "thanks Niks". Seem's everybody's in the meeting. My boy met almost "all" of his dad's officemates (i think). They came out from somewhere when we're about to go home. Nwei, they're all nice to our lil kiddo.


Just a thought, Kurdt did enjoy his stay in his dad's place. He play and glance a smile once in a while. hmmm i think he was just scared to his Ninong Tuni! hahaha just kidding...

So Bored! It's Sunday...

Oppss, spending my sunday morning here in the office... Leaving my husband and Kurdt sleeping soundly at home... Having no breakfast at all (i dont know, i just dont feel like it)... Reading mails and preparing for a 12 hour shift (i need to cover for my coleagues first half)... Staring at my laptop, sometimes blankly coz im damn sleepy. Well i know i could take a short nap coz nobody's around, i just dont want to.


Im just surprised when my husband sent some pics of our lil boy in his walker. Im soo amazed and realized that Kurdt is in 6th month now. Look at him:

I agree, time flies really fast. Sounds OA but i can still remember the pain of labor when he came out. And now, he's learning so much. Did we mention it here, he knows how the "close open" works. hehehe so cute of him while looking at his hands doing this "close open" trick, as if he's amazed how he tried to control his hands and fingers.

Going back, looking at him in his walker makes me thinks that soon... we will be needing a strong knees trying to reach him while running in malls or playgrounds. omg!

BTW, yesterday, we brought our lil kid in his pedia. He grew fast that even his doctor is amazed. He's now 67 cm long and weight 7 kilos. He gained half kilo and 5 cm from our last visit. He also had his meascles vaccine. Proud to tell you guys that this is his 2nd time that he didn't bother to cry when his doctor gave the vaccine in.
