Kurdt @ 2 yrs 10 months

Busy days.. Busy days.. cant seem to give updates for our kurdt

Nowadays, at the age of 2 and 10 months, he's fully aware that he will have a little sister soon. Actually he can't seem to wait and keep saying that he would like to see the baby and asking when will she come out???!!!

He's a brat we know.. a sweet brat boy.. He has his usual temper and tantrums. Especially if he wants your attention or he wants to play a toy and someone is grabbing that from him.

But he knows how to share things... just dont push or grab that from him. He always share his toys, candies to any kid, even he doesn't know him/her. He's also very fond of other kid. Once he see other's playing, he wants to be there and watch them playing.

In almost 3 yrs of age, he also know what he wants and decide what he wants. We always gave him choices. What he wants to do, what he wants to eat, where do he wants to celebrate his bday ;)
We are almost ready for the coming baby girl in our family. Actually, Kurdt already gave her a name. Soon to be revealed hehehe but the little boy gave his sister a name ;) that's the FACT.
Maybe in my next blog... (hopefully not) i already gave birth ;)
See yah!

Blessings... Blessings... Blessings....

Haven't been blogging in the past months now. There are things/projects that i need to be more focused on.

There are 3 things that I/we need to thank HIM that happens in the last few months/weeks that i dont wanna missed bloggin'

1. It's a baby girl! - Finally, our little angel (inside) shown up and revealed her gender. Confirmed to be a little princess. During the congenital ultrasound in my 6th month, she didn't allow us to see her gender, she closed her legs and even covered it using her hand. Giving us a surprise maybe! ;)

She's now 7 months. We only have 2 months and half left of waiting. Can't wait to see our little princess. Kurdt is already aware that he will be having a sister. He always make sure to talked to her and say i love u or "mahal mahal kita" hehehe so sweet of her kuya.

2. Our little girl is already in a cephalic position - For the past 6 months, our baby is in breech position. That really scares me. As much as possible, i would like to have a normal delivery. Unlike Kurdt, as early as 2 or 3 months, she's already in a birthposition. But last saturday, when we had an ultrasound, we got the goodnews, my OB informed me that the baby is already in her right position. We hope she won't change her mind and position until her delivery. ;)

3. Kurdt's successful potty trained - We had a straight 1 whole week that our kuya kurdt is using a toilet bowl when he poop. He's very used on using a diaper in making pupu. But last week, we are so proud of him coz he's really trying his best and super proud that he made a successful pupu in CR. Very good baby!

Also, he dont want us to put on a diaper even in his bedtime. I just make sure that he will make wiwi before he go to sleep at night. So far, so good ;)

We made him promised us that he will use the toilet instead of diaper before he turned 3. But he did it earlier! He still have 3 more months before his bday. ;) good enough.

Yes, our little girl will due to be delivered on the same month with his Kuya Kurdt. ;)
October. Not bad for a 3 year-gap ayt?

thank you... thank you.. thank you

AMANA Waterpark Resort

This is not actually an update... This is one of the super late posts that i wanna put in here and dont wanna miss to blog.

Last June 1st, together with my family, we visited the newly opened resort in Pandi Bulacan, The Amana Waterpark Resort. It was just 45-1 hour drive from home. There were only 2 functional pools, the wave pool and the kiddie pool.

With the number of people taking a deep, you will have no choice but to sit down and enjoy the waves. You can't even swim freely. Hope they will open more pools that could accomodate more guests.

Below are some pics taken:

Kids enjoyed the waves and ofcourse the lifesize superheroes ;)
It was just weird that kurdt loved the wave pool. He used to hate it (waves) and will immediately ask us to bring him out of the water.

Our Little Photographer

These days, Kurdt loved to try everything. Everything that he sees, he will definitely try to copy what you are doing. One of them is taking pictures. I don't know where he get the idea of taking pictures with one leg kneel down hehe. We are so amused of him where he saw these gestures of taking pictures ;)

Here are some pictures taken by our photographer :

It's not the pictures that is priceless.. It's the experience that we saw him growing and knowing that he's very curious, easy to learn and brave enough to try everything... ;)

CamSur Experience

Finally, after 10 years, I came home in my parent's birth place. It's litterally 10 years. The last time i stepped on this place was 1999 when my grandma died.

I must admit, i missed this place. There are so many memories of us (cousins) that we shared. and I missed those days. *Sigh*

And now, i came home with my husband, Kurdt, my father and my inlaws. Missed my mom ofcourse. If she's here.. i know she won't be left behind us ;)

We visited Cagsawa Ruins on our 2nd day. We don't have much itinerary to follow since the place is soo "HOT".. as in! the summer feel is there! And i don't like it... (saka ang tamad ng erpat ko!!!)

I loved this ofcourse. The ONLY family pictures we had in this vacation ;)

The kids enjoyed the place. They run, run and run...

The place doesn't change at all. Even the place experienced flash flood last year.

On our third day, we visited one of the springs in the area and swam. We are trying to look for a beach/ocean resort but it was just too tiring because of the hot weather. So better in the cold spring. Ofcourse, who enjoyed it the most? our Kurdt... He just want big water where he could swim and jump like a fish.. ;)

Im a proud mom to him coz he's so brave! he's not afraid of water even how deep it was. He even jump without hesitations. But Kurdt, don't forget your lifesaver ok?

3rd day in CDO

I need to finish this before our trip to Bicol next week. We will be spending our holidays next week in my parents born place :) If i'm not mistaken, i'm still in highschool when i last step on this place. Whoa.. it's more than 10 yrs??? I really can't recall when was it hehe

10 hours of roadtrip.. I still don't know if kurdt would love the long hours drive. I wish he will behave and just sit in my lap or just sleep the whole trip hehe hopefully. We are planning to start our trip at night so the kids will just sleep ;)

Plans? actually, i still don't have it. I don't even know where to go. There are places in mind but I still don't know where. Maybe to visit Mayon volcano, CWC, Caramoan (sana) then eat.. eat.. and eat..

Bahala na... Just enjoy the week with our Kurdt ;)

Alright, our 3rd day in Camiguin-CDO trip

March 15 (Sunday) - Back to CDO

We are ready to go back to CDO at 9AM. Disaster came in again. (meron me balat tlga!). The next boat to Balingoan port will be 12PM. They said that the scheduled port broke down. So it means, we will wait at the port for more than 3 hours (damn). The problem is, our schedule for the white water rafting will be 1PM. We will never make it if we will sit in the port and wait for the 12PM sched. One manong approach us and said that 1 boat could bring us in the other port for Php 1500. The boat could accomodate 25 pax as per manong. We agreed, as we really need to be in cdo by 1.

The problem is... It's really a small boat. We didn't even think how could a 9 person and a kid could fit in that boat considering our bags with us. There is no way for us to backed-out. We just prayed that NO NO big waves for us coz if there will be.. goodbye to us (really).

Fortunately, we are still alive and reach cdo on time. We will never do it again. Here are some pics taken during their rafting:

On our 4th day, we just visit Carmen market for our pasalubong. Nothing happens. We enjoyed the trip (maybe more less the disasters happen).

Better Than Never At All...

SECOND DAY ( March 14) - White Island and Camiguin City Tour

We woke up as early as 6:30 am on our second day to visit the white island of Camiguin. It's just right across the Paras resort. If it's high tide, you won't see this island at all.

I loved the island.. It's really amazing. It's purely a white island with no trees & no cottages. Hope they could maintain this place as is.

When you said beach, sand and boat.. who will loved it first?? our dear Kurdt ofcourse! ;)

He just hate waves still hehe

Newly found friend of Kurdt... Paul ;)

Manong of the motorella offered us a multicab that will help us in our city tour.
The posted itinerary before has been followed. We had the below destinations/spots that we've visited for the day.

KATIBAWASAN FALLS

Via Cruzez with the 14 Stations of the Cross to Old Volcano

We gave up on the 9th station. The rest, and that includes my husband Nicko. . moved on until the 13th.. there's a big story behind why they stopped on the 13th.. It's really funny btw. haha

Guiob Church Ruins - Its an old church that was destroyed when the volcano errupted. Just like Sunken Cemetery.

Sunken Cemetery, Ofcourse! We paid 15 bucks each for us to get in the cross.. ;)

Sto Nino Cold Springs - it's really a cold water but still , kurdt still tried to jumped in the water.

And our last stop is the Ardent Hot Springs. It's almost dark when we get there. But still, that didn't stop us to get into the water and swim. Specially Kurdt hehe. He really loved it. At first, he was hesitated to jumped in, coz it's hot water. But since everybody's already

It's really a long day, but our kurdt still made it and even had the strength to swam with us in the resort's swimming pool.

The day end well.. Less disaster ;)

Finally..

Yehey, i finally had the time to sit and blog even for a short time. Eversince we arrived from CDO-Camiguin tour, haven't had the chance to blog, browse or even chat for hours.

First Day : March 13 (Its Friday the 13th...)

We are already in the airport at 3:30AM. We almost missed the first trip. They had an early check in and some of my friends came late ;(

Its fiday the 13th, maybe the reason why we encountered so much trouble during our first day.
We arrived in CDO about 6AM in the morning. our bad as we didn't contact anyone for the van that will bring us in Balingoan port.In the airport, they're asking for a 2.5k rent for the van. Our friends told us that we could get atleast 1.8kfor the van. So we tried contacting someone to deal with, as per manong driver in the phone conversation 2k but we still need to wait for him for about 30 minutes as he just woke up. The deal is closed for 2k in the airport.
Ofcourse our first stop... ATM machine!!!!

The travel last for an hour and half. When we arrived in Balingoan Port,we paid the agreed 2k. After then, we are followed and the manong asked for additional 500 coz the real rent for the van was suppossed to be 3k. Whaat???!!! If that would be the case, we should not wait for him for more than 30 minutesand just rent those van in the airport in the same price. What the???...
Ok, that's the first encounter.
We thought it's over. When we arrived in Benoni Port, there is a multicab already waiting for us. He was contacted by manong driver of the van.He was told that we will have our day tour that day. We disagreed as we already told manong that we will have our tour tomorrow as we are so tired and no sleept yet. We asked the driver to bring us in Paras instead. We are told that the fare will be Php350. Fine. We agreed. Then after a few minutes, we are asked by the driver for us to get the city tour coz he was told by manong.(Ang kulit!) Then we had a discussion with the driver. We are asked to pay Php500 instead for the fare (diba?? 2nd encounter). He was agitated for us to get the city tour. Damn! You know what he did???He dropped us in the middle of nowhere!!! As far as we remember, its in front of the cemetery (kamusta nmn yun???)
So we got out things out of the multicab. The driver still waiting (maybe waiting if we will asked for his help, NAMAN!!!). He told us that there's another multicab that will fetch us. No Way!Then a motorella came and asked if he could help and where are we going with a kid with us. He told us he could bring us in PARAS. Then we rode in a motorella (mini tricycle). 9 of us fit in the motorellafor almost an hour. BTW, the manong driver of the multicab actually called LTO and make sumbong of the driver of the MOTORELLA for fetching us in the highway. KAPAL diba?So we are dropped first in the LTO office of Camiguin to make a scene and prove ourselves that we are a visitors of their island and we are treated that way! hmp!

Whew! after such encounter, we finally reached PARAS resort. It was an exhausted trip from CDO to Camiguin.

This is the motorella (tricycle) where we fit in with (9 pax with all our baggages)

We ate our sumptuous lunch and had a quick rest. Our plan to visit white island never happened as they woke up late in the afternoon ;)

So our itinerary for the 2nd day would be the white island and the city tour.
